Askalot OS is free to use, as-is, with no guarantees — and for a great deal of research that is exactly right. But some work cannot run on best effort. Askalot Survey & Research Kft. exists to be the party that takes responsibility under contract — for outcomes, deliverables, uptime, and support.
Any client is welcome, commercial or not. What you pay for is not access to the software — that stays free. It is having someone named, reachable, and answerable when it matters.

A contract, with obligations on our side
Defined responsibilities, ownership of agreed outcomes, guarantees, support and an SLA — on the shared EU platform, no dedicated infrastructure required. The usual reason: your funder, ethics board, or client needs a named party who is answerable.

Your own isolated environment
Your own cloud or your own hardware, with custom domain, isolated database, data residency and compliance scoped per deal. Separate from the above — you can want isolation without a collaboration, or the reverse.
[email protected]The software is the same either way. What changes is that obligations move onto our side of the table — and that there is a legal entity, Askalot Survey & Research Kft., that can be held to them.
Someone specific is responsible — not a community forum and not best effort. When your funder or ethics board asks who is accountable, there is a company to name.
Deliverables, IP, and results are written down and owned as agreed — not left to whatever the default terms happen to say.
Availability, response times, and support commitments become contractual terms with consequences — rather than the free tier’s explicit absence of any warranty.
An EU-registered company that can sign a consortium or collaboration agreement, carry work packages, and satisfy procurement — the paperwork funded projects cannot skip.
A direct channel with agreed response times, and methodology help from the people who built the verification engine — not a queue you hope someone reads.
This runs on the shared EU platform. Nothing to move, nothing to re-deploy — you keep the projects you already have. Isolation is a separate decision, below.
Enterprise is a dedicated single-tenant deployment — your own isolated Askalot, shaped to your scale, your infrastructure, and your compliance needs. No fixed price list; we scope it together.
Your own environment — separate database, separate compute, no shared infrastructure with anyone else.
Deploy in AWS, GCP, or Azure — or fully on your own hardware, behind your own firewall.
Run Askalot under your organization’s domain (e.g. yourorg.askalot.io).
Keep data in your jurisdiction. Bring your own keys, your own AI provider, and your own access controls.
An uptime SLA, priority support, and onboarding tailored to your team and rollout plan.
Embeddings and reranking run on our hosted local models, free of charge. Reasoning is Claude, on your own credential — an Anthropic subscription, an Anthropic API key, or AWS Bedrock for IAM, VPC and data residency.
Not sure you need any of this? Most people don’t. Anyone can register and use the whole platform free — commercial or not, funded or not, with no eligibility test — and any team can request a free private organization where everyone collaborates by default.
